The Beaufort County Habitat for Humanity held its Home Run 5K and 1 mile walk this past Saturday October 30, 2021 in Havens Gardens. The Board would like to thank all of the sponsors, volunteers, Run the East, and especially the runners for supporting this most worthy cause to help raise funds to build suitable housing for Beaufort County residents.
We partner with people in our community to help them build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With your support, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and for their families.
